IM BACK!!!!!

Havent blogged on here in a while but im back lol. Ok i got a personal trainer and im back on track and triyng to eat healther and and work out 6 yes 6 days a week, which i did last week and attempt to do this week. I am going to post later pics of me now (or before pics) and try to post a new pic every two weeks! We shall see how this goes again!

The TREADMILL!!!


I took the tradmill challenge yesterday and stayed on for two complete hours doing a brisk walk. I hear do moderate exercise for longer will keep you in the fat burning mode longer and should last at least 30 min after your workout is complete. My legs felt like complete jello once I got off. Its not hard but just long and boring. I kept the treadmill on 2.7 and jammed my ipod until completion. Music is my only means of survival at gym. The first hour was a little rough because my body kinda wanted to run(i guess not used to walking a straight hour on treadmill). The second hour went by quicker, i was in the ZONE. Today I will conquer again and try to keep this up for 9 weeks, 6 days a week (if the lord says the same lol) week 1!!

THE 3 HOUR TREADMILL ROUTINE

Most of you have heard or seen 50 cent dramatic weight loss. 54lbs in 9 weeks. WOW. He did this for a movie role and accomplished it by a liquid diet and a 3hour walk on treadmill regiment. On that not I would like to try this 3 hour walk for a two week trial to see if i can lose any weight that way. I will not be doing liquid diet but I will be eating healthier menu items. I shall see how this works. *crossing fingers*

Ok just got back from lunc my co-workers took me out for a early birthday. I had boudain balls and a hurricane. Tomorrow I will start. LOL SMH

Hi everyone,

I started this because i got inspired last night by the biggest loser finale. It was awesome. 500 lb man lost over half his body weight(200+). Amazing. I have about 70 or more to lose and have been trying for years but nothing seems to work. Tried fad diets. They work in the short term but over time you WILL gain the weight back. This blog will help me and others to once and for all try to lose weight and keep it off. I will have healthy recipes and my weekly workout regiment posted along with others. Hopefully you will post things also that benefit you as well. My goal is to be a size 6 or 8 by next May. I CAN DO IT!!
